Norah’s Saga: Song of Fossegrim Promo
A VIKING THING
My tenure as Editor in Chief and Script Writer for Allegiance Arts & Entertainment allowed me to fulfill a lifelong goal: create thoughtful, high quality comic books with exceptional talent.
It also afforded me the opportunity to write, produce, and direct three promotional videos for the Norah’s Saga: Song of the Fossegrim campaign.
Show Us Your Berserker Face
Using comic art from the series was an easy call. The two live‑action videos, however, required authenticity to pull them off. This led me straight to The Wyrd Vikings.
The Wyrd Vikings are a volunteer historical reenactment and cultural education society based in the Tampa Bay area, dedicated to preserving Norse culture.
Their commitment to period‑accurate Viking craft, living‑history demonstrations, and live‑steel combat brought a level of texture and realism to the project.
It’s a Viking Thing
In Norse mythology, Wyrd, is the fundamental philosophy of fate, destiny and personal accountability.
Wyrd describes an unbroken, reactive tapestry where every past action, ancestral deed, and present choice ties directly into the next event, binding even the Norse gods ahead of Ragnarok.
